It was here we saw the same problem again and again: people loved authentic Indian food, but felt overwhelmed trying to cook it at home. They were constantly asking how to recreate dishes like Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala and other classics—and more importantly, how to get the spices right. So we taught.

Through Indian cooking classes, we tried-and-tested family recipes and helped home cooks build confidence in the kitchen. Over time, one thing became clear: people didn’t just want authentic flavour—they wanted a simpler way to achieve it. That insight became SpicenEasy.
