Shipping policy

SpicenEasy Pty Ltd will make every effort to ensure delivery of goods or performance of services is on time but will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising in any way from any delay in delivery or performance. All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be made to the carrier within seven days of the date of delivery.

We ship Australia Wide to all non-rural addresses. 

NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, & SA:

 Standard Shipping on orders over $75 AUD.

WA, NT & TAS:

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders within Australia are dispatched by courier once your payment has been processed, within 1 - 3 working days.

Please note: During times of very high demand, delays may occur and dispatch times may fall outside of the 3-5 day timeframe. 

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery time to reach your address will depend on our courier's delivery schedule to your area.

  • Deliveries to Sydney and Australian Capital Territory are generally within 2-4 business days.
  • Deliveries to Victoria are generally within 2-5 Business Days.
  • Deliveries to Queensland and Southern Australia are generally within 3-7 business days
  • Deliveries to Western Australia or Northern Territory may take up to 7-10 Business Days.
You can track your package every step of the way. 

SpicenEasy Pty Ltd will take all reasonable steps to make delivery at the time requested by the Customer but shall not be responsible for any loss whatsoever sustained by the Customer for delay in delivery.


Signature Required

We value your order, and to ensure it is not lost or misplaced - all our orders require signatures upon delivery, Hence we recommend that you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery, such as a work address.

If address is unattended during time of delivery, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest Parcel Connect Agent / Office. The customer will be notified where to collect their item from by email or calling card.

Goods picked up will still need to be signed for, by anyone who can provide proof that they live at the delivery address, or are authorized to do so.


Out of Stock Items

Sometimes an item in your order may be out of stock. We will do our best to contact you so that you can decide whether to wait until your complete order is ready before shipping. If more than one shipment is made, additional freight charges may be applicable.
